Return/Refund policy

Refund & Returns

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A return cannot be issued for a change of mind however if circumstances are dire, we will consider your request. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us. Items sent back without a request for a return will not be accepted. You will be notified via email if your return has been accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in the same condition as received (unused with original packaging). In the unlikely scenario that items arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP so we can evaluate and solve the issue. We can exchange the product/s as we do not offer a refund policy.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required in order to request a return.

No returns or exchanges of goods are accepted without authorization of Power Gym Equipment when special cases may apply.

In the event that a return of product is approved, the Reseller is obligated to arrange and pay for shipping costs.
